Gill and her team helped me find my perfect home earlier this year when my old landlord decided to sell. They were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, and kept me fully informed of everything throughout. Robert Watts have looked after properties for me for a few years now and have always been very professional and eager to assist with any issues that have arose. Gill and Kate have been excellent and will always make time for you. Any landlords considering using should not hesitate. Any tenants considering renting through them should have peace of mind that everything is done properly to ensure tenants interests are properly looked after.

Recently purchased my new family home in Birkenshaw through Robert Watts and was very impressed with their service. They kept me up to date with any developments as well as weekly updates when we were waiting for conveyancing. They were very understanding with moving dates as we moved from quite a way away. Its a shame that hopefully we will never have to use them again as we have found our forever home. Highly recommended, and who wouldn't want to live in lovely Birkenshaw?!

Excellent service and a supportive team

Nicola Astley, based at the Highfield Road branch, was amazing and supportive in helping me sell my house. She kept in regular contact with me and went the extra mile to iron out issues arising which could have delayed the sale. I would highly recommend using Watts to sell your property and am giving them a 5 star rating to show my appreciation.

Dont know why my previous review was removed! Rented my first property via Robert Watts. On the day of moving in the bath caused a huge water leak which ruined the hallway! to the day I moved out it had never been sorted and the damage was all still there. Had countless water leaks at the property from different windows etc and had bad mould. They couldn't care less. The house was practically falling to bits when I said I would be considering to hold the rent until the issues were resolved I was issued with my paperwork telling me to move out of the property within 3 months as "the owner of the property is wanting to sell" Surprise surprise the property was back on the market within weeks of me moving! Absolute joke and should be illegal to keep properties in that state then evict someone afterwards when you should fix it! Deposit was spanked for every little thing they could find. Tried charging me to replace a blind that was damaged from one of the several water leaks, The cheek! The second property I moved in via Robert Watts wasn't too bad but again, When issues arise they couldn't care less. All for the landlord, couldn't care less about the tenant as long as they are getting there cut!

We were recently involved in a very, very drawn out sale/purchase and ended up being clients of Robert Watts for 5 months. Despite selling our house in just a week our sellers dragged things out to ridiculous extremes. Throughout the stress and frustration Robert Watts were brilliantly supportive and provided great advice. The staff were patient (despite having to deal with very difficult sellers!), knowledgeable and friendly.....I'm convinced we wouldn't have lasted the distance without them but now we have our dream house and are completely grateful. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I feel like from the moment my property went on the market I was forgotten about. It's not the most amazing property but 4 viewings in 6 months is very poor especially when other properties the same are being sold around it. I don't feel like anyone in the office is even interested and I've ended up finding my own buyer which is good because they have done nothing to earn their fee.
