GoogleI have to say that the whole team at Watts were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and made what is always a stressful process much easier to cope with. They were always available to speak to and provided much needed reassurance during the more difficult moments. I wouldn't hesitate to use Watts again or recommend them to others. GoogleRobert Watts and Team were absolutely amazing when handling the sale of our Father's house in Bradford. It was a difficult sale with many twists and turns along the way and Tabby Hickling and Liz were absolutely brilliant throughout - a lot better than both sets of solicitors on our side and on the buyers side ! They are the best Estate Agents we have ever used and we have no hesititation in recommending them.

GoogleWould definitely recommend Robert Watts Estate Agents in Cleckheaton for any local residential property sale, especially Jenny who managed the transaction over the 10 months from start to finish. This was not a straightforward transaction and firstly we must compliment Jenny on the management of prospective purchasers especially in the early stages. Once a genuine sale was identified, the process (often convoluted thanks mainly to what seemed unnecessary legal delays) was managed efficiently until eventual completion. Have not been in involved in any property sale for many years and it does seem that nowadays the process is unnecessarily complex however Jenny managed to keep on top of things throughout, applying appropriate levels of pressure where needed. Thanks again to all involved at Robert Watts.
