We were selling my Mum's flat in Birkenshaw due to her passing away. The team at Robert Watts from the start were professional, compassionate and also really helpful with other parts of the process. Kept us in the main, up to date with everything during the sale and on completion. Only two wee niggles, one the 'portal' was a tad lame and the email received a few days ago, asking if we had settled into our new home! Now, very aware it is a generic email probably sent to all. These really should be personalised to fit whatever scenario regarding the sale etc, considering the fees that are charged. All in all, we would consider using Robert Watts if we needed an estate agent in the future.
