Very good to start off with but the sale and timescale of sale became too pushy, obviously to get it ended quickly, ended up withdrawing house from these estate agents. I would not recommend.

Arranged an appointment for a letting and was given the time of 11:30. Got reminded the day before that appointment was 11:30, got called on the day at 11:15 to be told in no uncertain terms that my appointment was at 11:15. Told the girl I was on my way and when I arrived at the property i was left ghosted. I then called the girl on her mobile number and my call was not answered. It was a very hot day, lf I'm trying to make an excuse for them, but in truth they don't really care. I would give less than 1 star if I could. - They replied: she could not hang around, so why not tell me she was not intending to wait & how about the subsequent call on her mobile, which was not answered, and no call back ?

AK we are very sorry for this and obviously it is a breakdown in communication and we will look into it. We have spoken to our rental team and they had it confirmed for 11.15 and our viewer could not wait around too long as she had other appointments to attend so we apologise for any time wasted.

Joanna/Rebecca arrived at the wrong time to do my property Assessment. She rudely claimed it was I who had the wrong time, though I had been advised of the time twice. I informed her I was on my way, she did not inform me of her intention of not wanting to wait a few minutes. When I arrived a few minutes later (but we'll within the appointment time I was given) she had gone. I then called her, she did not answer my call nor did she show me the curtousey of a call back. Why would I want to deal with such people!

There weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.
