GoogleDidn’t answer the phone, didn’t reply to emails and voice mails for over 2 weeks. When we did eventually get through to them they used our interest to get another offer pushed through without informing us there was another offer.
Richard, we apologise for the breakdown in communication but we always respond to voicemails and emails so we will look into this matter with urgency. Unfortunately the house you were looking at already had an offer and we were waiting … More

GoogleThere weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.
Thank you Ethan for your kind review and constructive feedback. Like you said the chain does complicate matters but with Fast Track nor called Swift Move, the minimum we aim for is to make sure our client's sale does not hold anything up. Good luck going forward.
