Very professional and considerate. As a first time buyer they guided me through the process and helped me make the best decisions as well as answering all my questions. Very professional when liaising with broker and solicitors. Julie was very helpful.

Robert Watts were appointed by my elderly parents for their house sale to move locally to a more appropriate property. The process took a long time due to my parents needing to ensure they got the right property for their needs. The staff at Robert Watts were very competent and kept us updated constantly. They were very supportive, especially Julie who made the transition less stressful. Very happy with them and would recommend.

Robert watts were amazing in dealing with my house sale for me. Got me 4 offers on table within 2 weeks. They kept me updated with everything. Amelia was amazing in dealing with the buyers side of things too and keeping them in the loop with everything. Overall took me just over 4 weeks to complete my sale! Will 100% be using these guys again thank you so much!

Cannot thank Lucy, Julie M, Amelia G and Holly C from Robert watts wibsey enough!! Professional & brilliant not only in there roles but personal too in a house sale (parents) which was highly emotional for us. We decided to go with the solicitor they recommended too. Thanks to the Wibsey Team for getting things done, a special thanks to Amelia at the end there when things needed to be pushed along on the completion from the buyers side she was exceptional and it’s appreciated. Highly recommend them.

Didn’t answer the phone, didn’t reply to emails and voice mails for over 2 weeks. When we did eventually get through to them they used our interest to get another offer pushed through without informing us there was another offer.

Richard, we apologise for the breakdown in communication but we always respond to voicemails and emails so we will look into this matter with urgency. Unfortunately the house you were looking at already had an offer and we were waiting for proof of funds to confirm it was sold hence we had to cancel your viewing. We do however wish you success with finding a new home.
