They were very proactive in keeping us informed of progress & very prompt in responding to queries. Great attitude & their professionalism was second to none. We mainly dealt with Tabby who was excellent in every way, a refreshing change with a brilliant telephone manner. GoogleRobert Watts were selling a property we bought. They were extremely helpful, professional, polite and thorough. Tabby was humorous and always gave us regular updates and despite the transaction taking longer than anticipated, ( not their fault) remained positive and encouraging. We would definitely recommend anyone to list their property with this friendly and family business, who take and show pride in their work. I'm definitely not moving again but would use their services if I was too. A huge thank you from Chris and Julie

GoogleI have recently completed a house purchase via robertwatts. I cannot praise cleckheaton branch enough all the team but especially Jenny. The whole process was a long and stressful experience through no fault of robertwatts what so ever but lack of communication via the solicitors in the chain. If it had not of been for Jenny I don’t think I would have sanely got through the whole sale. Jenny and the team went above and beyond to chase things that was not even their job to do and made sure to keep me up to date with regular updates. Was always quick to reply with any update when asked even if there was no update. I cannot thank you enough for finally getting me in my new home, without you all I think I’d still be waiting.
