GoogleWe have used Robert Watts Idle multiple times as the whole team are brilliant, professional and friendly but especially most recently when we sold our house and were having delays from buyers, Clare went above and beyond to keep the ball moving, her consistency, communication and dedication got us to finally complete. GoogleDidn’t answer the phone, didn’t reply to emails and voice mails for over 2 weeks. When we did eventually get through to them they used our interest to get another offer pushed through without informing us there was another offer.

Richard, we apologise for the breakdown in communication but we always respond to voicemails and emails so we will look into this matter with urgency. Unfortunately the house you were looking at already had an offer and we were waiting for proof of funds to confirm it was sold hence we had to cancel your viewing. We do however wish you success with finding a new home.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Robert Watts, Rebecca and Tabby specifically. They went out of their way to help with any issues that arose and with my solicitor. I would recommend them to a friend and will use them myself again if I ever move.
