Purchased a property from this estate agents. I had an amazing experience. I was getting regular updates although the solicitors were dealing with it and the staff were very friendly. I went to pick up the keys and we got a lovely card aswell. I have dealt with many estate agents and none of them had provided us with such a good service. Keep up the hard work guys. From the initial valuation meeting with John right through to the completion of the sale of the property we couldn't have asked for better customer service. The regular updates on the sale from Tabby were greatly appreciated. Fantastic customer service received from everyone, so friendly and helpful. Robert watts staffs were fantastic house agents. From the time I saw the house online to the purchase completion, they were very excellent and professional. Tabby was really helpful and so is Uncle Andrew, each time I call to view the house again to satisfy any doubt I have, they always come through. They made the purchase process seamless and I didn't sweat at all. I get constant updates. I would recommend them over and over again. Thank you Tabby and Uncle Andrew for the good experience.

Amy was great from start to finish with our purchase for our first property. We have used Robert Watts Idle multiple times as the whole team are brilliant, professional and friendly but especially most recently when we sold our house and were having delays from buyers, Clare went above and beyond to keep the ball moving, her consistency, communication and dedication got us to finally complete.
