GoogleRobert watts were amazing with selling my property. The house was on the market in a timely manner and had 13 viewings in less than a week before the house was sold. They couldn’t have been more helpful and prompt with any contact that was made and I couldn’t have asked for better. We used Robert watts as we wanted to put money in a small business pocket rather than a large corporate organisation and so glad that we did.

GoogleThere weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.
Thank you Ethan for your kind review and constructive feedback. Like you said the chain does complicate matters but with Fast Track nor called Swift Move, the minimum we aim for is to make sure our client's sale does not hold anything up. Good luck going forward.

GoogleTabby was great throughout the whole process. Even when no significant updates were available tabby would call with the latest status of the purchase of our house. I would recommend using the birkenshaw office if you’re considering purchasing a house.
