Despite the chain being stressful, the entire team at RW Cleckheaton were really helpful, organised and well informed. The team went above and beyond, including staying late so I could collect my keys that day. I’ll definitely be recommending RW to friends and family & I’ll be using them for future sales. GoogleSadly I had a very bad experience with this estate agent. A complete lack of communication as I was always chasing them for updates and they only arranged only two viewings in the entire time they had the property on the market. I've now gone to a local estate agent, rather than a franchise who have provided a better and more personable experience. And have secured me much higher offers. Wasted several months with this agent, if I only accepted the other negative reviews as the truth.
We are obviously very disappointed to receive this review and apologise for any breakdown in communication as this was not our intention. We are not a franchise agent however and pride ourselves on being a family business and our local roots. We do wish you all the luck with your sale moving forward.

GoogleThey got an offer for us very quickly and those people bought the house. Clare and Carly at Five Lane Ends were very helpful and guided us through the many issues that arise when selling a house. Overall, a very satisfactory service from Robert Watts.

GoogleRobert Watts recently handled the sale of my late Mother's house, our former family home of 60 years, with great professionalism and sensitivity. After the initial valuation by James, we mainly dealt with lovely Tabby, who, with her excellent telephone manner, was brilliant at calling me after viewings and then every week - more frequently as the end of the sale approached - to keep me updated on proceedings. Liz and Rebecca were always pleasant and helpful too. A positive experience at a sad time for our family… we’d be very happy to recommend.
