GoogleJoanna/Rebecca arrived at the wrong time to do my property Assessment. She rudely claimed it was I who had the wrong time, though I had been advised of the time twice. I informed her I was on my way, she did not inform me of her intention of not wanting to wait a few minutes. When I arrived a few minutes later (but we'll within the appointment time I was given) she had gone.
I then called her, she did not answer my call nor did she show me the curtousey of a call back.
Why would I want to deal with such people!

everything was so easy.
they helped set my solicitors up for me which took alot of stress off me as I was an emotional wreck- my mum had died and it was her house I was selling.
they were very active in advertising and didn't just put it up and leave it to sell itself.
fees were good too.
I have used Robert Watts for many years with all family buys and sell and will always use them in the future, they are honest and so helpful.
I recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent to go to them.

A raised voice shouted over mine while I was explaining my current landlord and estate agents are helping me find a new home and putting the deposit down for me as I've put new carpets in the house, trying to explain how good of tenant I have been! I heard a loud voice dictate on a rude manner what is needed to rent a house, obviously knowing what is needed as I explained what I've just put above! This literally put me off instantly on wanting to even use this company now. I explained to the lady she made me feel and I ended the phone call! Shaking and crying because let's face it house searching is hard for a start. I'm utterly disappointed I've even had to write this, but surely the managers aren't allowing their staff to be like this.
If this is how this lady treats people who have just fought to live on calls I don't feel customers will be rushing as alot of people have illnesses since the forced covid vaccines!

We have looked into this now and again we are sorry you felt you need to leave such a poor review and sympathise with your condition and situation. However a manager was sat in the same office whilst this conversation was taking place and we have to disagree completely that raised voices were used and you were spoken to in what you felt was such a poor manner. Teresa simply explained how our procedure worked but unfortunately you didn’t want to accept this. We do however wish you luck finding in finding a new home.
