GoogleRobert Watts in BD2 helped us to sell our house in Eccleshill. The valuation by James Hart was accurate and he gave so much of his time to answer our questions and offer additional information. Clare from the BD2 office supported us with our house sale and she was wonderful, she was in regular contact with us at every stage and liaised with the solicitor and buyer regularly. This meant we exchanged contracts much earlier than expected and she helped us a lot on the lead up to completion. Stephen managed all our viewings and he was excellent. I feel sorry for the people using this shambles of a company to market their property. Staff are really rude when you do get through to speak to someone. We have looked into this and unfortunately we can find no record of your name and we do make a point to return all calls. If you were enquiring about a house with lots of interest, sometimes we have to cap viewings which leaves people disappointed and we apologise if you were in this position but there is no way around this. We do wish you luck with your future search but we note you do give lots of 1 star reviews so you obviously have very high standards.

GoogleArranged an appointment for a letting and was given the time of 11:30. Got reminded the day before that appointment was 11:30, got called on the day at 11:15 to be told in no uncertain terms that my appointment was at 11:15. Told the girl I was on my way and when I arrived at the property i was left ghosted. I then called the girl on her mobile number and my call was not answered.
It was a very hot day, lf I'm trying to make an excuse for them, but in truth they don't really care. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

she could not hang around, so why not tell me she was not intending to wait & how about the subsequent call on her mobile, which was not answered, and no call back ?

AK we are very sorry for this and obviously it is a breakdown in communication and we will look into it.
We have spoken to our rental team and they had it confirmed for 11.15 and our viewer could not wait around too long as she had other appointments to attend so we apologise for any time wasted.
