GoogleBadly built dwellings, persimmons in too much of a hurry to hand over to buyers, hence all the problems the poor buyer has to deal with.was not visiting, was working on site, absolute mayhem, and corners cut,spent 2 days and couldn't do anymore, I feel for anyone getting stuck with these new builds, and can guarantee no tradesmen that worked on this site would consider buying one..says it all really...

Googlesave your money and buy elsewhere, we completed our purchase on December 23rd 2022 and still haven't had snags finished. on the day we got the keys we drove round to find our house full of muddy footprints throughout, 7 sink basins, showers and other plumbing fittings stacked in my living room, not a great first experience. different people all making different promises and not many follow through, had a screw through our front door where some clever cloggs fitted the internal safety catch with screws longer than the thickness of the front door, along side that it leaks and persimmon have known of this since the first time it rained here (over 2 months ago) at first both our back and front doors leaked, the plumbers had installed the heating valves on the wrong pipes so we was left with no heating upstairs for 2/3 weeks over Christmas, along with a massive leak in our hallway ceiling, which then ran down the studwork wall and was running out of the wall where the thermostat is fixed, which meant we had to turn all electric off to prevent any electrical damage too. The state of the electrics in these places is beyond awful and have been told by site members that the electrician's "don't want to be here" so take from that what you will. overall thrown together in a rush to get their money on completion and from then on your basically left to sort any snags on your own.

GoogleI only visited the website, I am currently looking to move house. I hadn't really considered a New Build. I have however looked at other New Build on other sites. The reason for looking into this development is the location. A lot more research to do in the many options available however this development has catched my interest. Let's see what the future brings.
