GoogleWe came in looking for a 2-3 bed property and were seen instantly and were given a list of properties within a few minutes. Bradley went through the available properties and was extremely knowledgeable on each one. He then organised a viewing for the same day at a time that suited us. He was great during the viewing as well, very polite and professional and answered all our questions! Too service from Bradley and the rest of the team

GoogleTop class! Moginie James Cyncoed really were top class from start to finish in the sale of our house. Everyone we met who works there was super friendly, helpful and always put us first. They managed to sell our house within 1 week, and if that wasn't good enough... when our sale fell through, they sold it in 1 week again! Couldn't have asked for anything more. The only slight negative I have is that they recommended we used lifetime legal who appointed Spicketts Battrick in Cardiff as our solicitor. Our personal solicitor was difficult to deal with at times and I wish we had gone with a solicitor that had an online platform as we'd have had much better visibility and communication. However, Moginie's service was so good that they really deserve 5 stars. Thank you to the whole team.

GoogleI recently worked with Moginie James on a property purchase, and overall, the experience was positive. Their team especially Mr.Niel Jones sales manager and Mr.Aron Sullivan assistant manager were quick, responsive and professional throughout the process. From the initial viewing to the offer stage, communication was clear and timely, which made a big difference during what can be a stressful time. They provided the sales memorandum promptly once our offer was accepted, and they coordinated well with our mortgage advisor, helping to keep the transaction on track. While there were the usual delays that can come with property transactions, Moginie James were proactive in following up with all parties involved. I appreciated their local knowledge and support, and I’d consider working with them again in the future. Their professionalism and dedication helped make the buying process smoother and more manageable.

GoogleFast and efficient service with my maintenance issue fixed is a timely a professional manner. Mollie in branch kept me up to date with progress and the contractor Any Locks who attended the property fixed the issue with no fuss at all. A very easy an positive experience all round.

GoogleI'm currently renting a property managed by Moginie James and it’s been a COMPLETE nightmare from the start. We moved in to find the flat unlocked, uncleaned, and only one set of keys provided but this was just setting the precedent for the next 12 months. Since then, we’ve had to chase constantly to get anything fixed, severe damp, a broken hob (now a fire safety hazard as it’s permanently on), blocked drains, curtain rails falling off, just to name a few, all ignored for months unless we threaten to withhold rent. Messages go unanswered, repairs are promised but no one shows up, and nothing happens even with persistent weekly follow-ups. It’s an incredibly stressful way of living, knowing neither the landlord nor agent cares about your wellbeing or safety I’m writing this out of pure desperation, hoping it finally forces Moginie James to sort the long list of unresolved issues. Stay far away from this company.
