Great experience with Moginie James as a first time buyer, from the initial viewing with Michelle D who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional; to keeping in contact with Michelle L throughout the buying process who chased solicitors and was very responsive to emails. We saw their inhouse mortgage broker, Rob, who was also fantastic- efficient and professional. We wouldn't recommend the solicitors we were recommended by MG due to poor communication but this is not through fault of MG. Overall would recommend buying though MG, a smooth and easy process with a lovely team.

I wanted to share the positive experience I have had with the Moginie James Cyncoed branch. I dealt mainly with Aaron, Michelle and Karen at the branch. I used them to sell a house for me, and they found a buyer and achieved the asking price. They kept me informed throughout the process and everything went as it should. I would recommend them to anyone selling a house in the area!

We recently worked with Naomi Hall from Moginie James to find a new home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication were outstanding. Naomi went above and beyond to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring the properties they showed us aligned perfectly with our requirements. Their knowledge of the local market and neighbourhoods was invaluable, especially since we were relocating from another country. What truly set them apart was their attention to detail and commitment to making the process as smooth as possible. They guided us through all the paperwork, provided clear explanations for every step. We felt supported throughout the entire journey and are incredibly grateful for their efforts in finding us the perfect home. We highly recommend Naomi from Moginie James to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient letting agent. Thank you again for helping us find a place we’re proud to call home!

We recently decided to make the move to Cardiff after a 5 year stint in North Wales and started looking at properties on onthemarket. We really took a fancy for a property in Pontprennay and contacted Naomi Hall at Moginie James. From the outset communication and help received from Naomi was excellent and the whole process was a breeze. Thanks a lot! We are very happy with our new place.

We have recently purchased our first house through Moginie James Cyncoed. From start to finish they have been so helpful in explaining every step of the process to checking in to see how we have settled in our new home. We can’t thank Moginie James enough for helping us find our perfect forever home and making the whole process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

While my original review for MJ was quite positive I have to report major issues in getting my deposit back. It has now been months since I moved out and had a great leaving report from them, saying I'll get my full deposit back. It took them weeks to get that officially signed off and months later the money has not arrived. Contacting them has been fruitless. Original: The property I rent was acquired by Moginie James last year. They resolve any issues that they can, rapidly, and have been a pleasure to work with since they took over.

What a journey I've had. After a lengthly and trying refurb to a house I bought, Cameron from Moginie James politely checked in each month until I was ready. I was then referred on to James who was helpful in setting me up with a part mangaged contract for letting. As a first time landlord I am grateful to Moginie James for their patience and great communication (they emailed or called back the same day) in answering questions I had. I highly recommend them.

Was met by Safiyah at the property I was to view. Very personable and friendly. Showed me around the apartment and was exceptionally helpful. Also made a note of my issues. She didn't attempt to gloss over the defects in the apartment and I appreciated her honesty.

Great service by the Pontcana branch, in particular Claire for selling our flat so quick and Neil for finding our home after our purchase fell through with another agency! …
