GoogleAll our dealings with the team at the Albany Road branch have been exceptional - excellent advice, marketing suggestions, bringing in your team for familiarisation, good web presentation, quality viewings all contributed to an excellent result. I would highly recommend them to others, and will be using them again for certain. Keep up the good work!

GoogleRented a house in Cyncoed from MJ, after looking around for over a week with little success. Moved in within 2 days of signing a contract. Also, any issues the maintenance dept came within 24 hours to resolve the issue. 5* service & would use again without a doubt! BR

GoogleI cannot recommend this company enough. If you are looking to rent/buy or sell you will not be disappointed.
Everyone has been absolutely fantastic and they have gone out of their way to help me with my house sale and purchase. They even hand delivered some documents I needed when I was ill and couldn't get to the office.
They have a very friendly and close knit team there as well as having a great manager onboard who has also been so supportive.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to use an estate agent as they really do offer a 5 star service. Thanks again guys!

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for all your help with the purchase of Our new home. You have always responded exceptionally quickly to queries and been extremely friendly, helpful and empathetic through the challenges we’ve faced. I set a pretty steep deadline to get the deal agreed and you got it over the line to the minute!
I feel you’ve played a large part in us successfully having our offer accepted and both myself and my Wife are very grateful. I’d definitely recommend you to family, friends and clients!
Thanks again

GoogleAn agent that show they care... My family and I felt we have been looked after, from the moment my mother in law came to sell her home the gentleman who came to value it answered all our questions and made us feel at ease which could of felt like a daunting experience. To my mother in-law downsizing & buying a new house. Karen Hewitt especially been great, constant communication and keeping us in the loop, she has been so welcoming, friendly while remaining professional at all times. I would highly recommend Moginie James.

GoogleCan’t recommend highly enough, from start to finish the team have been on the ball, super friendly and helpful. I’ve dealt with other estate agents when looking for a new property and they were no where near as inviting or helpful as moginie james. I dealt with Michelle on a number of occasions and what a delight she has been. Cannot fault the team at all.

Hi Marko, That's correct - we merged our fantastic Cathays Lettings branch and our Roath Sales branch a couple of years ago to create a superbranch in Roath, which is why you won't have found a review page for Cathays, nor any mention of our old Cathays location on our website or google since these two branches were merged. We continue to offer the same Sales and Lettings service, expertise and coverage all from our Roath location (in addition to our Cyncoed and Pontcanna Branches). Regards, The Moginie James Team.

FacebookWe have been happy with the service from Moginie James in the past whether renting or buying our first house. We are currently viewing houses for our second house and I was really disappointed when I asked to book an appointment for a second viewing I was told I would only get 15/20 minutes and that anyway that would be plenty as we’d already seen it once and that the house wasn’t big...I understand saturdays are busy and estate agents need to fit as many appointments as possible but I wasn’t offered another day when I asked about going on a week day...

FacebookOnce leaving the tenancy, they took our full deposit and blamed maintenance issues with the property.
We had to ask for a new dishwasher and washing machine as well as a new back door throughout the tenancy, we made them aware of all problems.
We went nearly a week without heating in February with little to no contact off their behalf
Awful contact, awful agency with awful staff who couldn’t give a spare thought about your living conditions or money. They took £1,295 over some overgrown bushes and a couple of boxes left in the hall that we couldn’t dispose of (they were made aware of that)
Don’t bother with them
