The Trusted AgentA great team
I sold my late Mother’s house through Moginie James after looking at other agents in the area. At this difficult time the staff have been friendly, understanding, helpful and professional. I would especially like to mention Claire, Liz, Chris, Jill and Michelle whose combine skills have achieved a successful outcome. I would definitely recommend Moginie James.

The Trusted AgentMoginie James - Cat sollis
I am really pleased with Moginie James service, in particular with Cat Sollis. From the very beginning she has been professional, approachable, and very helpful. She really helped us throughout the process and she always replied to the tons of questions we had as first time buyers. She added a personal touch to the process and we did really appreciate.

The Trusted AgentThe service we received from Moginie James and Michelle in particular was excellent from start to finish. We were buying our first home so were naturally nervous but Michelle was always very reassuring and quick to respond to our queries. It made the process so much easier for us and we can't thank her enough.

We found all staff proffesional and reliable throughout the whole process. A huge thank you to Andrew and Karen from the Cyncoed branch who kept us updated regularly, through to Michelle and Jill in sales progression, who were always approachable, efficient and always one step ahead of the process. All staff were amazing and I would reccomend Moginie James to anyone thinking of selling.

The Trusted AgentEfficient, thorough and very helpful
Michelle was instrumental in the successful sale of my flat under difficult conditions - she liaised between the solicitors of myself and my buyer excellently and kept me informed throughout the process. Michelle was very approachable and helpful at all stages of the sale and I think if it weren't for her efficiency the sale would have taken much longer to complete. Thank you Michelle for all of your work!

The Trusted AgentExcellent service in supporting buying a house
All along, from initial enquiry into buying a house until the 'For Sale' sign coming down, Moginie James made the process extremely smooth by being proactive in every step along the way. For example, they already know who is on the line before they answer the phone call and have all your details to hand.

The Trusted AgentSale of Property in Roath
Moginie James were our first choice through word of mouth and our own research. The agent who came around to take photos and give us a quote was brilliant and his photos were the best out of 5 agents. We stupidly chose another agent based on price but they were not local and we didn't find the right buyers. After 6 wasted months and losing a property we had an offer accepted on, we went to Moginie. They found us the right buyer and a fair price after only a few weeks. They handled the sale well and Michelle Lloyd, their Sales Progression Manager took over from there. She really helped that part of the process run perfectly talking to our buyers and both our Solicitors to keep things moving along and kept us up to date via email and phone regularly. It really helped this part of the process run perfectly. Thank you and w fully recommend using Moginie James for great sales, profession and value for money. They are worth every penny!

The Trusted AgentCompletely on the ball
Michelle made a difficult time much easier. Out of everyone in the process, Michelle was the most communicative, spoke in layman's terms and made an often stressful & pressured process much more manageable. She was definitely the light in a seemingly never-ending tunnel. Nothing seems too much trouble; responses were quick & succinct and her manner and attitude were great. I wish everyone in the process were like her.

The Trusted AgentWill go the extra mile
Would really reccomend Adrian as an agent. Showed me round the property with no rush to get me out and was able to answer all my questions without any hesitation. Adrian also did me a massive favour by getting me moved into the property a month earlier than origionally expected! This saved me the time, stress and money of booking any temporary accommodation. Easy to talk to, polite and will go that extra mile to help.
