GoogleI used Moginie James to buy my first house and despite it being a very stressful and long period, they were definitely the nicest and most helpful party involved! Always happy to help and did whatever they could to push it over the line quicker for me. A special thanks to Claire and Liz and everyone else involved in the sale!

GoogleSelling a property is one of the most stressful events in life, however the staff at Moginie James Albany Road took almost all of the stress out of this process. Alyson, Cat, Jo, Maria and Luke and the others provided a service over and above that expected. Friendly, supportive and encouraging, they provided advice and feedback from every viewing. Their professional and friendly approach made everything client centric and this was personally hugely appreciated. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering placing their property on the market. Well done and thank you.

GoogleThey offered us a really good service when we bought our property. They were very helpful, especially Lisa the financial advisor and they made sure that the language barrier, having to explain difficult terms to us,wasn't going to be a problem. I would recommend a friend to use their services.

GoogleI dealt with Moginie James when I starting renting in Roath. The team here were really helpful, quick to reply and were straight forward to deal with! As a first time renter, I couldn't have asked for more and will definitely use them again. Thanks!

GoogleI have recently been a client of Morginie James, Roath branch. I would highly recommend these guys, they are definitely at the top of the game in the Cardiff area. I received a 5 star service from start to finish. Nothing was a problem and they made the entire experience of buying and selling a breeze. Graham the branch manager was professional and communicated every step of the process with me. I can honest say I have not experienced services like this from an estate agency before. I have recommended Graham & his knowledgeable team to all my friends & family in Cardiff.

GoogleFrom the first meeting with Andrew the customer service has been second to none. House went up for sale in the Tuesday and was sold by Friday. Karen and the team worked hard to get me the asking price and even got me more. Can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you 👍🏻

The Trusted AgentGreat service.
Clare and Chris and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish and helped us realise our ambition of selling and moving to a new house. Sound and professional advice along the way and excellent mortgage service from Rob. Definitely recommend and it's easy to be dazzled by the promises of other estate agents but we found MJ to be trustworthy and reliable and always happy to go the extra mile.

The Trusted AgentExcellent Service!
My wife and I were really impressed with the excellent service we received from Cat and all her colleagues at Moginie James. Their straightforward manner and attention to detail ensured that our trip from London to view investment property in Cardiff went smoothly and utilised our time to the full. Our plan is to keep everything "under one roof" by utilising their letting team and financial advisor to arrange the mortgage. Our thanks to you all - a real pleasure to meet with you and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship.

The Trusted AgentGreat service
A big thank you to Claire and all the team at Moginie James. We were kept informed with good feedback on viewings and we particularly appreciate the help in keeping the sale on track once agreed. It was not straightforward at times but your persistence in keeping things moving through to legal completion was a big help, particularly as we were not always easy to contact due to our travels. We had great service from every member of the team we dealt with and they have a friendly and personal approach while also keeping things professional. Highly recommended - many thanks.

GoogleWasted near two weeks of our time "waiting for confirmation from landlord" that repairs would be carried out before we moved into the property ( after showing us a property that in no way matched the pictures they had put up) before telling us the landlord had found tenants while they were waiting for a response. Translation, couldn't be bothered to get the repairs done. Go with the other office, far more professional
