GoogleUnparalleled service and dedicated team. I had a personal service right from the start of selling my property. Friends told me to use an online only agent and I am glad I didn't take their advice!

GoogleExcellent service and delivery both on the purchase side (Karen Hewett / Michelle Lloyd and on the lettings side (Ceri Jardine). I would have no hesitation in recommending MJ for any real estate needs. They have got customer service and, more importantly, delivery down to a fine art. Overall, a very impressive outfit.

GoogleI have just recently sold and bought my property through the Cyncoed office. If I could rate them above 5 stars I would! Their level of customer service was extraordinary, Andrew came to value my home and I dealt with Karen regarding the offers who was regularly in touch..even at 8pm at night! I am so grateful for their help and support in making the whole process less daunting and stress free. Thank you to all of the team.

GoogleCeri was extremely friendly and explained the issues related to letting our property. She surpassed our best expectations by finding a tenant in less than a day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

GoogleI was recommended MJ the Cyncoed team, from a friend and it has certainly been very positive. Aaron valued the property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout. Karen from sales has been very supportive and efficient keeping me up to date constantly. The process so far has been quicker and more positive than I thought it would. Would highly recommend.
Hi Wendy, Thank you for your lovely comments! It is so nice to know that you feel the process has been much more efficient and positive than you thought it may be - we pride ourselves on making life easier for our clients, so to know you are feeling this is very heartwarming. The team will be absolutely delighted with your comments. Thank you.

GoogleUnfortunately, it was not the good. I did not recommend to belive in thrier words and customer service. They promised to deliver the house clean, promised a professional cleaning, and did not perform. The house was with a lot of grease in kitchen wardrobes, dirt in bathroom cabinets, the stoven hood, was dripping oil up to the stove. Dust and cobwebs all over the house. When claimed, they visited the residence and said that this standard is normal, said to be above the accepted standard for the region. If I need of a state again, I'll do my best not to be Moginie James. It is a ridiculus focus at the costumers.

We'd like to thank the whole team for their help and can wholeheartedly recommend Karen as an honest and helpful representative.

GoogleWe decided to go with Moginie James letting team as we'd had such great service from their sales team during our previous house sale. We have been equally impressed with everyone in their Cyncoed office. The team are friendly, approachable, easy to get hold of and happy to answer any questions. They've helped us find tenants really quickly, so we're delighted with the service they've provided, once again.
Hi Tamsin, Thank you so much for your review - we are so overjoyed that you have had a great experience with both the sales and the lettings department within our Cyncoed office. The team are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving fantastic results for our clients. Thank you so much for placing your property in our safe hands and we look forward to a long and productive relationship moving forward. All the best, the Moginie James team.

GoogleThis place in cathays terrace now closed.
Hi Marko, That's correct - we merged our fantastic Cathays Lettings branch and our Roath Sales branch a couple of years ago to create a superbranch in Roath, which is why you won't have found a review page for Cathays, nor any mention of our old Cathays location on our website or google since these two branches were merged. We continue to offer the same Sales and Lettings service, expertise and coverage all from our Roath location (in addition to our Cyncoed and Pontcanna Branches). Regards, The Moginie James Team.
