GoogleWe recently purchased our first home via Moginie James. The customer service provided by Claire Woodruff and the sales progression team was exceptional throughout, I can not fault them from arranging the property viewing to collecting our keys. They were always available to speak to on the phone and any correspondence was dealt with swiftly and informatively. I would without doubt recommend using them to sell your property.

GoogleMoginie James sold my mother in laws house for us after she suddenly passed away and made what was a very traumatic time for my husband and kids much easier. The whole team was understanding and gentle and this made all the difference for us. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell based on our experience.

GoogleWe have been really happy with our selling experience with Moginie James. From the initial appointment where a realistic asking price was proposed through to agreeing an offer, the service has been excellent. In particular, Clare Woodruff has provided excellent service and after every viewing, we were updated, without fail, with feedback. We also carried out a viewing with Claire at a property we were interested in purchasing and she was so knowledgeable about the property, it made the viewing so much easier. Her expertise was significantly greater than other Estate Agents in Cardiff we have undertaken viewings with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Claire and Moginie James and would definitely instruct them again in the future. Thank you!
