GoogleWasted near two weeks of our time "waiting for confirmation from landlord" that repairs would be carried out before we moved into the property ( after showing us a property that in no way matched the pictures they had put up) before telling us the landlord had found tenants while they were waiting for a response. Translation, couldn't be bothered to get the repairs done. Go with the other office, far more professional

GoogleMichelle Barber was a positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic estate agent to deal with. Having made a very quick call on the property I wanted, she in turn got on to the Landlord within the hour and represented my hope to secure the venue - and we'll at that. MJ were then quick on the paperwork side in the days that followed. I'm now happily settled in my new home. Cheers Michelle!

GoogleMy husband and I recently sold our house through Moginie James (Roath branch) and we couldn't recommend them enough. The whole process was handled seamlessly. From the initial valuation and advertising of the property, to the open day and sales progression, the service we received was super professional and friendly. The team are fabulous and an absolute pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to accommodate us and constantly kept us updated throughout. During the buying process the communications was excellent and they were always willing to help. GooglePossibly the most efficient and professional agency I have dealt with. As a property developer for the past few years I have dealt with many departments in many agencies. Everyone at Moginie James has had their finger on the pulse, knows their stuff, the market, it's local dynamics, the individual properties and the possibilities it offers as a project. In purchasing for the first time from them I would have no hesitation in buying through them again and would recommend anyone selling to contact them before signing with anyone else locally. GoogleI have used Moginie James a number of times when buying/selling properties and have always found them to be really professional and friendly. This time, they arranged an open house on my property that was really well attended and the house sold straight away. The marketing photos were of an excellent standard. The manager at Albany Road and the staff that I dealt with were really helpful and I would recommend MJ to anyone selling their property if you want a professional and friendly service.

GoogleI recently sold my house in Cardiff through the Albany Road branch of Moginie James. Compared to most other estate agents I've had dealings with I was highly impressed with the staff at Moginie James. They have always been extremely helpful, professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. I felt that my property was marketed as well as it could have been, in particular the photographs were done to a very high standard. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process, and the staff would always go the extra mile to resolve any issues that arose. Once a sale had been agreed the 'sales progression team' took over and continued to provide the same excellent level of service as had been provided by the branch. I wouldn't hesitate to use Moginie James again, and have already recommended them to other friends who are selling their house. A big thank you to all the team! Tom

GoogleI would give 0 if I could. They just lied to us. They negotiated with us without talking with the owner of the property. It ended up that we offered what the agency asked for but the owner didn’t accept the offer because that was not what he wanted. Probably he wasn’t even aware of the negotiation the agency made. Just a waste of time for everybody!

To further clarify, we are obligated to show any offers promptly and in writing to our client and we are likewise legally obliged to pass on any other offers for the property right up to when contracts are exchanged. This is dictated by our professional code of conduct, our internal company procedures and the law. GoogleIt was a difficult task selling the property in Lion Court as there just isn’t the market for 1 bedroom flats. However, once we decided to get onboard with Moginie James things changed for the better. We got more viewings and Cat at MG was extremely professional, helpful and informative through the whole process until an offer was received and accepted. Many thanks to the team.
