GoogleAbsolutely horrible stuff, always lying to customers, never helped, getting things even worse. Always read everything you are singing, they say one thing and giving you to sign different. Happened twice already!

GoogleThey offered us a really good service when we bought our property.They were very helpful,especially Lisa the financial advisor and they made sure that the language barrier,having to explain difficult terms to us,wasn't going to be a problem. I would recommend a friend to use their services.

GoogleHope their estate agent sevices are better than their staff driving. Some idiot was going so fast down the a48 he nearly went up my backside. A dark car the end of the number plate KBV. If you are going to drive like a dick, don't do it in a company car.

GoogleMichelle Barber showed us two lovely houses in the Cardiff area. She then aloud me and my girlfriend to go back to the first property for another look thereafter. Nothing was too much trouble! Michelle naturally gave a personal presentation of both houses, the history, character, architecture and commented on the location and community. Ive never known any other agent do such a thing. She literally went all out for us and gave us fantastic customer service. I was shocked to hear she was new-ish to Morginie James since she was so good. Me and my girlfriend was really impressed by Michelle. She listened attentively, made us feel at ease, answered all our questions and aloud us to look around the properties ourselves instead of following us like a car sales man! Thank you Michelle; that meant a lot to us. What was so nice about Michelle was her honesty and integrity. If she didn't know the answer, she didn't try and make it up, she just said "sorry, I'll get back to you on that", but she pretty much new most things about the properties. I've viewed / had several properties over the years and met many property agents, but I must say Michelle Barber stood out from the rest because of the personal and professional customers service and joy! I will be highly recommending Morginie James to others! Thanks again Michelle. James and Harriet.

GoogleI recently rented a property with MJ and I was helped and assisted by Michelle. The process has been very smooth and Michelle helped me a lot, since I was living in another city during the renting process. Always available by phone and by email. Very professional and precise. I highly recommend MJ.

GoogleI have used other estate agents in the past and Moginie James stand head and shoulders above the others. They are extremely professional, friendly, take the time to understand complicated situations, are highly communicative and go above and beyond what other agents do. I would highly recommend them and would not fail to use them again in future.

GoogleWe were lucky enough to have Cat Sollis, at the Roath branch assisting us with the sale of our property, and I cannot express enough gratitude to her. She is an absolute credit to the company, her kindness and professionalism made the process (which we thought would be very stressful) an absolute Joy. Cat explained everything to us very clearly and was with us every step of the way, we would fully recommend Cat and Moginie James to anyone looking to sell their home, wonderful Lady and a great Estate Agent.
