GoogleI was a tenant in one of their properties, my flatmates and I left the property in June and still have not received our deposit. We were told that the payment had been made two weeks ago, but still we have received no money. We are trying to contact them by email and phone calls in order to talk about this problem but it is impossible, they do not answer us at all. It is becoming an unnecessary stressful situation to us. We just need a serious response and a solution from the team.

GoogleI have been very impressed by the help I got from James Tidy, in the Roath office. James has always responded quickly to queries, and in particular kept me fully up to date with what was happening, as we sorted out, and resolved, some issues to do with a tenancy.

GoogleWe have recently had an offer accepted on a home and have been supported by Oliver Clifford throughout the journey. Oliver has been very responsive by answering our phone calls and emails instantly. As first time buyers, we were quite clueless on the whole process, therefore Oliver was always ready to help and explained everything to us and made the process a lot easier/less stressful. We would highly recommend Oliver to anyone who needs mortgage advice as he has gone above and beyond for us.

GoogleWe advertised (and eventually sold) our house through Moginie James. The overall service can be marked as 3 out of 5. We had 10 viewings of our property, but were getting minimal/no feedback from the agents. They had a lot of properties marketed in our area and there was a general feeling that other (larger and more expensive) properties were the focus of their sales, and our property was just one of the less attractive ones (due to being a 2-bed house). When we got an offer, again, the sale process was with minimal feedback. We had to chase constantly to get information on the progress, with sometimes getting an automated emails that the person dealing with our sale went on holiday for 2 weeks (without any prior notice that this would happen). The only good thing was the photos they made, those were of good quality. Overall, could use them again, but there must be better and more engaging estate agents in Cardiff.

I experienced so many delays with my references, and issues with my circumstances, but Hannah helped every step of the way and proactively came up with solutions to ensure we were able to move in quickly. Top service, lovely staff 10/10

GoogleWe’ve just today exchanged contracts after what’s been a very long, stressful 7 months! This is just down to the way things go when selling/buying houses but we can’t thank the sales progression team enough for all their help. Big shout out to Michelle Lloyd who was always at the other end of the phone/e mail to answer my mad queries and to keep us up to date with everything going on……..I really don’t know what id have done without her! She’s really worth her weight in gold and is so lovely too. If we were to sell again we’d definitely go with Moginie James!

GoogleThe housing market is crazy at the moment, so we were incredibly grateful to Stefan and Amy for helping us to secure a wonderful new home to rent! Stefan has been so helpful all along, has kindly vouched for us to the landlord, and has been a great advocate in the case of my less than 12 month self-employment. Moginie James has been the kindest estate agent we have dealt with in the multi-month search for a home, even before we secured a place with them. Highly recommend!

Hannah made everything easy for me and nothing was too much! Definitely recommend to any tenants and landlords.

GoogleI have recently helped my son to buy his first home in Cardiff through Moginie James Estate Agents, Roath. The 'Sales Progression Team' really did an excellent job progressing the purchase, liaising with the vendor and our solicitor. The work done by Michelle Lloyd was exceptional. I have no doubt that the smooth process was down to her hard work and excellent communication skills. My son is now settling in to his lovely flat in Roath. Big thanks to all involved.

GoogleMoginie James Estate Agents - Roath Sales were very helpful and supportive during the my first property purchase. They communicated effectively and always checked in with myself with regards to the process and the conveyancing process in general. They also provided a lovely welcome upon completion when picking up the keys which was very much appreciated. I would recommend Moginie James to anyone considering buying or selling their properties in the Cardiff area.
