GoogleSpoke to this branch about a place on Cyncoed Road, no exclusions listed on the properties listing. On the phone to the letting agent and as I mentioned I was pregnant she said it wasn't possible to go ahead with the property due to the landlord not wanting children. I have since looked into the legalities of this and there are a few they should have complied with rather than a flat "no". I'd heard bad things about Moginie James but gave them the benefit of the doubt, wouldn't not reccomend. I will also be making an official complaint and seeking legal advice.

GoogleMyself and my wife were lucky enough to be dealing with Elli, after a very stressful couple of weeks trying to find a home to rent for our family (the rental process is cut throat at the moment!).
After explaining how stressed we were with trying to find a property in time for a new job to start, Elli went out of her way to talk is through the process with us and get us booked on to a viewing.
She then aided us with putting an offer in, and worked in an efficient way, which meant that we had secured a property within 24 hours of the viewing.
This was amazing and helped remove the stress of uprooting our family to move them hundreds of miles!
I would recommend Moginie James to anyone, especially Elli.

GoogleFound a property on rightmove for a house I thought we'd like. That was on Monday, it it now Thursday and have rung over 30 time throughout the week with no answer, I also emailed and used the chat bot on the website. Finally got through this morning and told the property had been let agreed this morning. Absolutely disgraceful service, how can a company function when it's impossible to get a hold of them. Might have dodged a bullet here as god knows what they're like when they've already taken your money.
