GoogleI moved in a house recently. From the beginning, we were amazed with everything what they did. But sorry to say, I struggled to get help form property management (red tape!!). My issue was simple with starting of hot-water and radiator system for what we sufferd 11 days( we are not experienced to deal with it). Lastly, Karolina(Letting negotiator) came and sorted it nicely. All 5 🌟 for her.

Elli contacted me within half an hour, took the time to understand my situation and ultimately booked me in for a viewing the next day! GoogleJane and Seririan were fantastic throughout the entire transaction. They were professional, easy to contact and kept me closely updated. The process at Moginie James was well organised and professional, it certainly seems that MJ are the higher tier of estate agents in Cardiff. I will admit, I found the third party referencing agent difficult, but MJ helped me through the issues with this. I'd use again, thanks.

GoogleI rented property from pontcanna office in May. In that time .I have spoken to ladies in office few small issues . I have found them to be very professional .and polite very helpful. Messaged Charlotte yesterday regarding issue in flat. She responded straight away listened to my issue dealt with it immediately to the point issue was resolved this morning.
