GoogleJane and Seririan were fantastic throughout the entire transaction. They were professional, easy to contact and kept me closely updated. The process at Moginie James was well organised and professional, it certainly seems that MJ are the higher tier of estate agents in Cardiff. I will admit, I found the third party referencing agent difficult, but MJ helped me through the issues with this. I'd use again, thanks.

GoogleI had an awful experience with Moginie James as a tenant. They wanted to claim for my full deposit, I stood my ground and refused the offers as I felt the agent was being unreasonable. I went through the DPS scheme and received my full deposit back. The service I received from Moginie James was subpar, noting getting wrong emails not intended for myself, they also admitted to delaying the process through the DPS in hopes I would change my mind. Emails received from Moginie James were littered with mistakes and they failed to provide any receipts or proof for their deposit deductions. I would caution anyone thinking of going to Moginie James, as in my opinion the service they provided was highly unprofessional.

GoogleThis is my first experience with Moginie James, and I am thoroughly impressed. I had been looking to move for a while, with no luck, so decided to go into the Pontcanna branch. I was greeted by Seirian who was able to show me a property about to come on to the market and book a viewing with Jane. Luckily, we were successful with our application and now have a beautiful new house! The whole process from start to finish has been stress free and relaxed. Seirian and Jane are extremely helpful, prompt with their responses to emails, accommodating, friendly and professional. My partner and I would like to thank you for all of your help and the thoughtful welcome box and card. This standard of detail and customer care are what sets Moginie James apart from the rest. Thank you all so much for making this an enjoyable experience.

GoogleI have been letting in Cardiff for eight years, first as a student, now as a professional. I have had mixed experiences, mostly positive, when renting in Cardiff. This is my first time letting with Moginie James - I had heard good things about their company, and the quality of the properties that they advertised caught my attention on Rightmove. I spoke with Rhys in the Pontcanna branch about a property that seemed perfect for me and Rhys made the process so easy, I couldn’t believe it. Every email was answered immediately, he called about my application when he said he would and has been nothing but clear and upfront about the whole process. I feel completely at ease renting with Moginie James thanks to this experience and I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

GoogleMy name is Shaloo Pulickal Chacko... NHS staff nurse in Heath hospital.. I approached Moginie James last month...for a house to rent in Thornhill Woodruffway.. The staff members are very good and approachable, great dealings and very helpfull especially Karolina Wabia, she helped me a lot throughout the process, i am greatful to her and also Catherine Deeley, i am thankful to both of them.. Because at this current situation, it is very difficult to get house to rent especially for family including children.. but Moginie James accepted my offers and i really thankful for them.i have got best experience with them.. GoogleAs someone moving to Cardiff from the United States, Karolina and Cat were incredible They were very patient, kind, and prompt in their communication, especially given the red-hot rental market. They answered all of my questions and the systems they used for onboarding and referencing were actually not too bad to work with! Karolina definitely made getting up at 4 AM to follow up with her after sending an email the night regarding a dream flat before worth it!

GoogleMyself and my peers were thoroughly impressed with how timely the process of booking a viewing and placing an offer was. During the viewing our guide Karolina was very hlepful and answered any questions we had about the property and the process of completing an offer. Karolina also notified us of the landlords decision on our offer within a matter of hours which was greatly appreciated. Her expertise and communication has made the whole process as efficient as possible. Thank you!
