GoogleChantelle from MJ in Pontcanna has been absolutely incredible from the very beginning. We had initially enquired about another property but it had gone off the market that very day. Chantelle promptly called to let me know and to inform me of another property that could interest us and that actually turned out to be the house we're moving into this month! Without her, we wouldn't have the house and are extremely grateful, and very very excited. We've had issues with landlords and letting agents in the past who have let us down so this has been a truly refreshing change of pace. I met Chantelle at the property for the viewing (after an email AND text confirmation which was very helpful) and was shown around, had all my questions answered and called us the very next day to let us know we had secured the house. I only have great things to say about my experience and that's all down to Chantelle. Thank you very much indeed! :)

GoogleOutstanding friendly service from Chris Neil and the team during our house sale. Nothing was too much trouble. Despite the cooling in the property market they still managed to get us plenty of viewings leading to a successful sale. A pleasure to deal with.

GoogleCalled three times on three separate ocassions and the moment i ask about arranging a viewing im being hanged up on. First i thought it was an incident, but now after 3 separate attemps with the same outcome, im sorry but it is really bad service. Never again

GoogleCondescending, unprofessional and simply useless. We have been waiting to receive our deposit back for months now, when there was absolutely no dispute whatsoever. Chantelle Bailey would not action anything unless chased and in the end purposely delayed the repayment of our deposit out of spite. We rented many properties in the past and this is the first time we're experiencing such a poor service.
