GoogleI am a First time buyer and the mortgage broker Oliver who works at this branch made it easy and simple. He was amazing. The guy was professional and friendly and responsive which is difficult during the pandemic. Gave me a better deal than what banks and they took weeks just to get an appointment to discuss on how much I can borrow whereas Oliver did the job so much quicker and easier and explained the process thoroughly. GoogleI recently used Moginie James to purchase my first house and I really do recommend. They are prompt, efficient and always keep in close contact. I worked with Oliver Clifford who went to extensive lengths to get me the best/right mortgage deal for my situation - having to navigate a few tricky roadblocks but he was very patient and professional. Of course, there's room for improvement, such as offering a professional translation themselves, but I received excellent service from Liz, who speaks Welsh. Google!!! AVOID MOGINIE JAMES IF YOU CAN !!! We had a terrible experience with this agency, as tenants. They are very unprofessional!! The agency never took care of our requests, concerning a damaged gutter (a waterfall on our doorstep), broken lights in the bathroom (we had a dark bathroom for months) and scaffoldings, which remained in place for more than 2 months after the end of planned roof replacing. We sent the agency about 20 emails, but the staff replied only a few times with short/meaningless responses. The agency probably never informed the landlord about the issues we experienced. Just to clarify, at the end of tenancy the landlord thanked us for being good and respectful tenants.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
