GoogleDreadfully unprofessional at property maintenance. I wouldn't let them manage a property of mine. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole for anything now - and my daughter WAS thinking of marketing her house with them! They manage the property next to my daughter's house in Pontprennau. Complained weeks ago that the state of next door's fence (house currently empty) and they just fob my daughter off with "we have told our property maintenance department.. They clearly couldn't care less. No money in it?NegativeProfessionalism

Friendly and efficient service and we were kept informed with feedback from viewings etc. The branch let a house for us on 3 occasions (even once during lockdown!) and then handled the sale of a property. GoogleCan't fault the service we had selling our home in Canton with MJ, and especially the service provided by Chris, Claire and Angharad. The office were always available by phone and email, our home was presented amazingly and the viewings were timed as to be minimally intrusive to family life. We got a great price for our home, and the management through from sale to exchange was first class with clear and frequent communication to support the progress of the sale! GoogleExtremely disappointed with the service that I am currently receiving from Moginie James Roath. I moved out of my flat on the 24th of October, and still have not received my deposit back. The issue is that I am calling numerous times throughout the week with no answer, and no one responding to the voicemails that I am leaving. This is becoming ridiculous at this time and is causing undue stress and inconvenience. I have been left with no other option than having to leave a review with the hopes that a member of your team reads this and starts to take my complaint seriously. GoogleOliver Clifford the mortgage advisor was recommended to us and even though we live in Nottingham and he is based in Cardiff he was more than happy to help us find a mortgage. As a couple in our 50s we wasn't sure we would be able to get a mortgage. Oliver was honest and professional, he kept us informed and was always punctual for our telephone appointments. Needless to say he quickly found us a mortgage which suited our needs and kept in touch with regular updates until completion.
