GoogleInitially Leanne was great, when purchasing our new property and selling our old home. However, as time went on during the process of buying/selling communication became very infrequent and then non existent to the point I heard absolutely nothing from her for over a month despite sending an email of complaint. Of which I ended up drafting two. I would not recommend using this agent because of this experience as moving is already stressful enough and I found her approach to be abrupt, sarcastic and unhelpful. Both my buyer and seller advised much the same so feel this must be the norm as opposed to my sole interpretation.

GoogleAbsolutely brillaint. We didn't use michael pool to sell our property but they were used for our buyers and for the property we were purchasing. Because of this we had a lot of interaction and help from them, even so much as mortgage advisor recommendation and when it came to a last minute need for an electrician michael pool again recommended one. They checked in and were polite and very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend them and although I plan on living here until im dead, if we had to move again id recommend them.

We encountered a major legal issue with a deed of variation, which took over 14 weeks to resolve and caused a great deal of stress and uncertainty. Throughout the entire process, Debbie was absolutely fantastic.
