GoogleA huge thank you to Marion from Michael Poole's Stockton branch. Her professionalism, dedication and patience ensured a purchase which would otherwise not have been possible. Michael Poole went above and beyond in obtaining responses from our solicitor when we were treated with "radio silence". Marion kept in touch throughout the purchase providing regular updates and maintaining a friendly and positive attitude despite our mutual frustrations. Marion's colleagues were equally helpful on the rare occasion when Marion was unavailable. I would have no hesitation in using and recommending Michael Poole's services in the future. A special mention has to go to Harry Moreland, who was professional, approachable, honest and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he always made us feel informed and supported. Having dealt with other estate agents in Worthing, I can honestly say Bacon & Co stood out for all the right reasons. The level of professionalism, customer service and genuine friendliness was on another level. Other estate agents we’ve experienced locally simply weren’t as professional or as likeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harry and the whole team to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleGreat experience from a seller's perspective. David came out to value my property and spent more time getting a feel for it and asking questions which ultimately is why I went with Michael Poole. The valuation felt well thought out. Tracy was my sales negotiator and was very helpful and supportive throughout the sale. My sale has now completed and with minimal stress. Thank you to the Nunthorpe team.

Tracey, Victoria and David were very professional and Tracey and Victoria were always there to answer any questions we had, dispel anxieties and offer any advice needed. We were kept regularly kept up to date with how the sale was proceeding. A relatively smooth experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Michael Poole.

GoogleInitially Leanne was great, when purchasing our new property and selling our old home. However, as time went on during the process of buying/selling communication became very infrequent and then non existent to the point I heard absolutely nothing from her for over a month despite sending an email of complaint. Of which I ended up drafting two. I would not recommend using this agent because of this experience as moving is already stressful enough and I found her approach to be abrupt, sarcastic and unhelpful. Both my buyer and seller advised much the same so feel this must be the norm as opposed to my sole interpretation.
