GoogleThe Rutland, Stamford and South Lincolnshire office successfully sold our property. Ildi and Jan handled everything efficiently. We were particularly impressed with Ildi's communication, she kept us up to date with progress at all times. We have no reservation about recommending Fine & Country. Excellent service, thank you.

GoogleWe received absolutely exceptional service from Ildi Toth at Fine & Country. She went above and beyond at many times in helping us find and, ultimately buy, our lifelong dream property. She stayed with the entire process until completion and was active at all times with all in the chain. Brilliant and highly recommended.

GoogleHaving mistakenly firstly wasted a year with another agent, Jan and Ildi renewed by confidence in the sales process; they were always professional and consulted me along the way. The previous estate agent had just managed 7 viewings within 12 months, Jan and Ildi had 12 viewings within 14 weeks. Jan contacted me and recognised the actual buyers straight away and worked with them and myself to make the deal happen. Both Jan and Ildi supported me as the seller and also the buyers thought out the process helping solving solicitor short falls along the route. The brochure was professional and the pictures really showed the beauty in the house and the lifestyle. The sale was finalised a few weeks before covid which was extremely fortunate however this was down to Jan and Ildi and I will always be grateful for their commitment to making the sale happen for me. I would highly recommend Fine and County

GoogleThe photograph Fine and Country take of the front of your house will sell it, their trademark dusk lit up by sunset flatters every property and gets you viewings. They understand the market really well and will do what it takes to get the best price, networking, showing commitment, giving attention to detail. You really feel they're on your side with a personal service from people in the know. We would recommend them above every estate agent for buying and selling.

GoogleWe recently completed on the sale of property dealt with by the Stamford branch of Fine and Country. From start to finish we were so very impressed with their professionalism, quality, value and assistance. We achieved almost the complete asking price within 4 days of the property being marketed and we were so impressed and appreciative of all ild's hard work and support in processing the sale. It is so hard to find a reliable and ethical Estate agent therefore we would highly recommend and will choose them again.

GoogleOnce our sale was agreed we had nothing but the best responsive service from Ildi at Fine and Country. Whilst on the flip side, many other companies were putting a huge amount of blame onto the current pandemic, Ildi - whether she thought it or not! - never quoted the pandemic as an excuse for anything. In fact she turned it on its head and put extra effort into absolutely everything.

GoogleJan at Rutland, Stamford & South Lincolnshire Fine and Country was a committed, considerate and totally professional partner in the sale of our property. What he achieved for us as the sellers, and I believe for the buyers, was exemplary, and we're terribly grateful. The sale went through in the most difficult of circumstances, and was achieved largely by his efforts and wholly under his guidance and very personal care. We can't thank him, or recommend him, enough.

GoogleWARNING TO RENTERS: this estate agency will attempt to claim large fractions of your security deposit regardless of the condition of the property when you vacate. If you must rent through them, ensure you take detailed photos of every room including any and all dirt, damage or disrepair. Note each of these in your 'check-in report' and take a picture or a scan of it for your own records before returning it to the agency. If (when) the agency attempts to wrongly claim against you I strongly suggest creating a detailed dispute and submitting it to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. The scheme awarded 70% of the deposit back to us after the agents attempted to claim 80% of our deposit with spurious justification.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
