GoogleI am very happy with the service in the Tottenham office . Neil was extremely knowledgeable and had the answers to any questions that I had ! Also Junaid was always available to sort out any questions between myself and the buyers in a smooth and timely manner . Debbie at Manning Stainton was amazing! She thoroughly chased our process and kept us informed the whole way through. In addition, she was always contactable, and replied to emails within a few hours. Debbie was a genuine person who always had the customers best interest. We had one issue towards the end which Debbie very quickly and thoroughly fixed. Very pleased with the service I received with this store.

GoogleMy experience with Manning Stainton comes off the back of a house buying process with Purplebricks that couldn't have been any worse, and one which contributed to our house sale falling through. Everything happens for a reason though... Having viewed and loved a newly listed property presented by Manning Stainton, my wife and I were filled with excitement over the prospect of owning such a wonderful estate, but were also full of trepidation and pessimism towards the house buying process (as first time buyers). We believed it was to be as dreadful as we'd often heard or read about. Enter Victoria From the moment we first spoke about the viewed property, Vicky demonstrated nothing but understanding with and empathy for my wife and I. Better yet, Vicky trusted that we were serious in our efforts to buy this property and hence went above and beyond to guide us through the offer process, playing a crucial role in us to being the accepted party by the sellers amongst all offers on the table. Vicky's charm, humour, knowledge and care is outstanding. The smallest details have taken up the largest vacancies in my mind but Vicky never ceased to bring me calm, keep me fully informed and make sure our conversations ended with a smile on my face. Most customer service meets an expected, acceptable level. Many go further for their clients, too. However, no single team or employee in my recent memory has delivered more of a positive, enjoyable, almost loving impact in the deployment of their duties than Vicky - and credit should also be given to Vicky's incredible colleagues for whenever they picked up the mantle on her behalf. The massively important, stressful and lifechanging ordeal that is buying a house - a home - has been made worlds easier and more peaceful thanks to Manning Stainton. I couldn't have been luckier and I'll cherish it for decades to come! Thank you!

GoogleWe recently met with Faye following on a recommendation from a friend to use Manning Stainton for the Sale of a couple of our rental properties in the Morley Area, she was able to give us some excellent insite on other properties the Morley branch have sold in the past few months both with Sitting Tennant & Vacant Possession. It was great to meet someone with excellent knowledge on the local market, plus not feel pressured to making the decision to immediately market the properties which is refreshing against other agents. We look forward to working together in the future.

Terrible service from MS Morley. Andrew the Manager came to put our house on the market. Said a figure for it, we thought that was too high to which he promised that if our house was under valued he could fight it because ‘he sells loads of homes that come under valued and he uses variables of local houses to fight and win.’House got under valued by 15%. No one couldn’t care about challenging the valuation. The after sales person (who was the only decent person in this company) stated ‘they never challenge a valuation so I don’t know why they said that.’ We & and the buyer had to meet in the middle as we needed to act quick on our house sale in fear of losing our dream house. MS get their customers by lying. That’s what happened here. MS also over charged us, they charged their fee at the original selling price, not the price of the final sale. Complained to the Managing Director about the lies from Andrew and the over charge to which he denied both after an ‘investigation’ Took our complaint to the Ombudsman who decided in our favour and confirmed we had been over charged and agreed that the variables had never been challenged! Terrible customer service from day one, rude teams from branch up to top bosses. Never using again!

Really sorry to read this review, especially having now had the result of the Ombudsman review that made an award which was a fraction of what you claimed you were owed. In the end you achieved a price, once our team renegotiated with your buyer, of 96% of your asking price which still broke precedent for a house of that sort within the area. As a family owned and run business and whilst we don’t always get things exactly right we are always honest and straightforward in our approach. We are truly sorry if the service you received from Manning Stainton was not as expected but are satisfied that we can now draw a line under this. Wishing you all the best in your new home.
