I have recently sold my home through Manning Stainton Garforth. I previously listed with another estate agent and was less than satisfied with their service. I was hesitant the second time around but the whole team at Garforth have been amazing. Catherine dealt with my home and provided viewings to take away the stress. Catherine kept me up to date after viewings and was prompt with feedback. Always on hand when I had a query and made the whole process so much easier. I can’t thank Catherine enough for her help and support and would highly recommend Manning Stainton’s for anyone considering selling their home.

It's taken a long time but we finally sold our house with Garforth Manning Stainton. Throughout the sale the branch team have been helpful and supportive. Our sale was particularly complicated due to an unpleasant relationship breakdown. Emma has been absolutely amazing in getting me through the sale. She was proactive in trying to keep things on track despite various issues that came up with the sale. Emma has shown so much care and compassion towards me while I have struggled through this process. I really can't thank her enough. She went way above and beyond her role.

We've sold our homes nearly 3 times with the garforth ladies especially Emma and Catherine. I say nearly, as the most recent sale we have to pull out for reasons beyond our control. Every time we have contacted the office for updates, advice or queries the ladies are there. We have such a good relationship, they even put the kettle on when we call in. We found the perfect home with Mannings, Emma Campion tried her upmost to get the viewing a soon as possible as originally we had to wait over a week but she put herself out to get the viewing sooner as she knew how interested we were. Emma met us at the property with a big smile, she was professional and thorough. She has communicated with us every step of the way and yesterday on a Sunday gave us the news we had been waiting for. I recently used Manning Stainton Garforth Branch for both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. This was also a very difficult time for me personally, and the care, understanding, and consideration shown by the team meant a great deal. They went above and beyond to provide support when it was needed most. A special mention must go to Phoebe, who was absolutely exceptional throughout. She kept me updated weekly, ensuring I always knew exactly where things stood. She also regularly liaised and negotiated between myself and the solicitors, which was incredibly helpful and took a huge amount of pressure off me. We previously sold our property with Manning Stainton in 2022 however did not proceed due to new homes would not complete in time and mortgage offer would expire therefore we pulled out. So we when Callum, the Branch Manager at the Garforth branch, reached out in December to offer a valuation, the timing couldn’t have been better. With both of us now in permanent working from home roles, we were naturally curious about the current value of our home especially as we were constantly browsing Rightmove and keeping an eye on the market for more useable space. From the beginning, the team were proactive, approachable and clearly knowledgeable about the local market as sold within 3 weeks. A big thank you in particular to Catherine, who was what I can only describe as ON IT. She was informative, helpful and incredibly responsive throughout. I chose Manning Stainton because of the passion Ben had for the house. He could see its potential and that it had been a much loved home.
