GoogleBig thank you to Yvonne Jones who managed to navigate a chain of 6 houses to a completion in about 15 weeks. Not an easy feat with 6 clients and 6 different solicitors.

GoogleHaving had a rocky time with my solicitors with the sale of my house Megan couldn’t have been better. Great communication, even when there is nothing to say, but just that call to check in, Megan made an awful process with the sale extremely good. Thankyou Megan!
Hey Daniel, thanks for a 5* review, I'll be sure to pass your thanks onto Megan!

GoogleHaving discussed with other agents, Manning Stainton was definitely the right choice. Their knowledge on market conditions contributed to a very successful outcome and smooth sale. The team and in particular my dealings with Emma,Teresa & Carol were second to none and helped me through the complexities (and myths) that secured a great sale price and settlement date. If you’re looking for a team to take the driving seat in selling your property, I recommend a conversation with Manning Stainton, Garforth branch.

GoogleProfessional, diligent, supportive, efficient communications and service end-2-end during the protracted negotiations and sales process - in what can only be described as an extremely difficult and complicated set of situational circumstances that required a team with background knowledge to aid and underpin the eventual successful outcomes as achieved without which all factors combined would not have been possible. Thanks to ALL.
