I booked a free valuation just to understand the price with no intention of selling. The agent Benjamin came prompt on time. It was a pleasure talking to him and he had good knowledge about the area property wise which is important for an estate agent. Also we had a few pending points and he was quick to get back the next day as promised about the price of the property and the other pending points. Happy with their service.

We've really enjoyed our sale process with Manning Stainton so far - Ben came to do our valuation and guided us through the process and we were really impressed with the service. We then had Emma in the office as a point of contact for bookings and offers, it was great to have someone who seemed just an invested and excited about our house sale as we were - even when I was regularly, nervously ringing for updates! We're looking forward to moving into the move process!

From the moment Manning Stainton found a buyer for our home we were assigned to Megan Hirst to oversee the sale. She was absolutely brilliant. She kept in contact on a weekly basis with us, liaising between us and our solicitor and our buyers solicitors keeping everything on track for a fast and smooth transaction. The whole process from solicitors been instructed took 6 weeks as no chains were involved. Amazing service that wouldn’t have been possible without Megan to oversee everything. Richard and Angela

When looking into downsizing Andrea and Dale were very helpful. Made me feel very welcome and showed me lots of bungalows to help me decide what to do. I would highly recommend the girls in the Garforth office.
