Great experience with JNP. Our journey started with Nathan and Naz, who were both helpful, responsive and kept the sales process moving from our first viewing through to our offer being accepted. Once we were under offer, Lisa took over and did a fantastic job managing the sale; keeping us updated at every stage, liaising with the seller on our behalf, and helping resolve queries quickly so nothing held things up. Jan then picked things up seamlessly while Lisa was on leave and saw us through to exchange, staying just as communicative and on top of things throughout. The whole team were very personable and made what can be a stressful process feel well managed and straightforward. Would definitely recommend JNP to anyone buying or selling. Thank you all!

JNP truly deserves more than five stars! My sale has been a long drawn out one due to issues on my onward purchase but that has never stopped them striving to do their absolute best to help! From listing my property and negotiating the sale Nathan and Naz were really excellent, professional and knowledgable through to the sales progression Jan (& Lisa!) has done an absolutely sterling job! I am disabled and my mother is elderly. Recently we had to face the fact we needed to move to more suitable accommodation. Our main contact with Manning Stainton was with Lisa. Neither my mother nor I drive but Lisa was kind enough to always come to our house to discuss the progress of our move. In addition, she was always on hand to help us complete all the necessary forms, giving us great peace of mind. Although the move was pretty stressful at times, Lisa and the other members of the team were always positive and encouraging. I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough.

Had a wonderful experience with Sandra showing us around a property today. We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. Dealt with the sale of my property, originally met with the branch manager James who was a pleasure to meet, got my property ready to put on the market and with a good strategy to sell, which was ultimately successful. Also Lisa & Emily (and others I’m likely forgetting) were great throughout, did viewings on my behalf, when I couldn’t do them for work reasons, and also helped to pass messages onto the eventual buyers, which was a massive help! Then once it was sold, mainly dealt with Claire & Joanne as my Move Managers. They worked effortlessly in the background with absolutely no input needed from me, only reaching out for necessary questions or info only I could answer. They constantly kept my solicitors up to date & gave me weekly updates from their side via email or phone, even if there was nothing new they still reached out just to clarify where we we at and what they were to do next. Couldn’t ask for more really and made the sale part of my move really painless!

Codie was absolutely fantastic with the way she supported us through our house moves. Unfortunately, two houses we were buying fell through due to issues in the chain, but Codie kept us up to date with what was going on and she always kept on top of everything to ensure things happened as quickly as possible. The part year has been really challenging for us, we had a newborn baby and had to move into my in-laws house whilst we waited for our houses to complete.
