I purchased my first property with the team at manning stainton and couldn’t fault the service. From putting my offer in the team were quick to respond on and keep me up to date. I wasn’t sure what to expect along the way but found that no matter the question the team were professional and responsive. Special mention to Codie Hazelwood who kept me up to date with things no matter how big or small. I don’t always have access to my phone due to where I work but she made an effort to drop me an email so I didn’t feel I missed anything. The team have a mortgage adviser to link in with and Callum was great and supportive. I think I had a suprisingly quick completion and the little touch of a home completion box was such a lovely touch! Thank you team manning stainton. :-)

I sold my house in Woodley last week and Lee was my estate agent. From the word go I was impressed by Lee’s professional and honest attitude. He set up a WhatsApp group so that we could communicate regularly and he always kept me posted and replied promptly to any messages. Lee sold the house quickly and without any hassle. I chose to sell through Lee after coming into contact with him in a previous transaction years ago, when I was a first time buyer and he was selling a property further up the chain. My impression of him then was that he was a super proactive communicator and would work incredibly hard to keep the transaction moving along - and that is exactly what he did. Lee organised and juggled busy days with 10+ viewings and kept me well informed on each buyers' position throughout. Once I had accepted an offer he went above and beyond to speak to solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to make sure I always knew what was going on. He handled any hiccups in the chain promptly and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and connections. Lee is a straightforward and honest guy (which is not always the case with estate agents...) and an absolute grafter. Would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. Thanks Lee!!

If I’m being honest, I’m really disappointed. This is the second time I’ve been let down by this estate agent first as a buyer in 2022, and now as a seller in 2026. Communication throughout the process was very limited, the pricing strategy seemed inconsistent, and overall the experience was poor. In the end, I decided to stay in my current home because I simply couldn’t face the hassle anymore. From what I could see, the property was listed on Rightmove and very little else seemed to be done to actively market it. When I spoke to the manager, I also found them to be quite rude, which only added to my frustration. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this estate agent again. My impression is that if you have a high-value property, you’ll receive plenty of attention, but if your home is more modest, you’re treated like a poor relation. A very disappointing experience overall. Hopefully, I’ll have better luck with a different estate agent in the future.

I honestly cannot thank the team at JNP High Wycombe enough. After experiencing homelessness with my two children and spending over a month moving between hotels, family homes and temporary accommodation, I was desperately trying to secure a property. Having had some very difficult experiences elsewhere, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and beginning to lose hope. From my very first conversation with Lloyd, I felt listened to and treated as a person rather than just another application. He took the time to understand my situation and immediately made me feel that somebody genuinely cared. Phoebe and Lindsay then went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were compassionate, understanding, professional and incredibly responsive. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked so hard to help move things forward as quickly as possible. What stood out most was their kindness. At a time when my family was going through one of the most difficult periods of our lives, they showed empathy, patience and genuine humanity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they consistently kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. Thanks to their support, my children and I now have a home. Whilst they were simply doing their jobs, the reality is that the difference they have made to our lives is immeasurable. They helped provide stability, security and a fresh start after an incredibly challenging time. Lindsay, Phoebe and Lloyd are a credit to JNP and I will never forget the kindness they showed my family. I would recommend JNP High Wycombe without hesitation.
