I can’t stop recommending this agency! We had a viewing in 22 Whites Close, Greenhithe, DA9 9JL, and although my partner and I were so late, Toby (our estate agent) waited for us for almost an hour and with smile on his face, showed us around the property. We have been looking for so long and we’ve met many unpleasant agents that don’t care about you as a buyer and just want to do a quick sale. However, Toby is the best! He gave us useful advices and was trying to find the middle ground so he can make both sides happy. It was pleasure having him around. If you go through this agency, make sure to request for Toby! As a first-time buyer, I’ve had a great experience with Manning Stainton in Guiseley. They really took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. We felt listened to and supported throughout our house move journey - which was a long process from listing to moving 14 months!!! I’m so pleased we chose to sell our house via Manning Stainton in Guiseley - from Simone’s valuation and invaluable advice, through to Emmie being our point of contact for our sale, and then Nathan for our purchase the service was exceptional from all. Jack was always on hand too for viewing queries. At such a stressful time it’s great to feel that they are doing their very best for you and your sale/purchase. We were then allocated Tori as our move manager - and she kept me sane and informed throughout the whole process. At times it was like she was working actual magic with the solicitors and ‘making things happen’. At a time when everyone was pushing for a March completion to avoid the stamp duty hike, the whole team went above and beyond, particularly Tori. Hopefully we won’t be moving again but if we do, we’d absolutely use Mannings in Guiseley and I’d be putting in a request for Tori!
