I had recently very disappointing and stressful experiences with the estate agent Hunter while trying to buy my first home. Initially everything was fine, Mr. Anish Sukla ( who was dealing with the property) looked like very helpful and kind. I had viewing three times and I saw there were multiple tenants, I suspected and asked the agent Anish, if will be any issues by the tenants but the agent assured me that they are leaving soon and at my last viewing they property was totally vacant so I was happy to proceed. And I was told to do ID check, spent £ 144 and after completing id verification, the agent suddenly became unresponsive. My calls and emails were ignored for a long time, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After a long time he came back to me and started to respond quickly, so I trusted him and went for further process. It was scheduled for property servey which I spent £680. After completing everything from my side, my solicitor contacted the seller solicitor ( which was given on MOS) but they replied they were not instructed by seller, means there was no any solicitor from seller side. Mr Anish was silence and it was to much so my solicitor directly contacted the agent but he was pretending again and told to my solicitor to wait. At last, my solicitor was informed the property was being withdrawn from the market due tenants related issues. I was so sucked and frustrated that the Agent played with my feelings that I was first time buyer. I have spent a lot money with many parties. My time, money and emotions were not respecter so I would not recommend Hunter to anyone looking to buy a property, as my experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, transparency and reliability. Please be aware everyone with this agent 🙏🙏

I honestly cannot thank the team at JNP High Wycombe enough. After experiencing homelessness with my two children and spending over a month moving between hotels, family homes and temporary accommodation, I was desperately trying to secure a property. Having had some very difficult experiences elsewhere, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and beginning to lose hope. From my very first conversation with Lloyd, I felt listened to and treated as a person rather than just another application. He took the time to understand my situation and immediately made me feel that somebody genuinely cared. Phoebe and Lindsay then went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were compassionate, understanding, professional and incredibly responsive. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked so hard to help move things forward as quickly as possible. What stood out most was their kindness. At a time when my family was going through one of the most difficult periods of our lives, they showed empathy, patience and genuine humanity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they consistently kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. Thanks to their support, my children and I now have a home. Whilst they were simply doing their jobs, the reality is that the difference they have made to our lives is immeasurable. They helped provide stability, security and a fresh start after an incredibly challenging time. Lindsay, Phoebe and Lloyd are a credit to JNP and I will never forget the kindness they showed my family. I would recommend JNP High Wycombe without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Giving this dreadful company 1star because I can't give less. If you value your own company don't even consider using any part of the Gobal 4 company. Very unfortunately we are stuck in a contract because they bought out our previous IT company and although they fail to meet our SLA they refuse to negotiate on us ceasing our contract and parting ways They are so bad that we have decided to pay a different company and so are now paying twice which as a charity is not ideal but we couldn't carry on with the total lack of support. Avoid at all costs

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this telephone company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward issue turned into a six-month complaint process filled with repeated mistakes, poor communication, and endless back-and-forth. I attended multiple planning discussions and Zoom calls trying to resolve matters professionally and patiently, yet the situation was repeatedly mishandled. The most unacceptable part of the experience was being called a liar by representatives while I was simply trying to correct errors made by the company itself. As a customer, I expected accountability, respect, and basic professionalism, none of which were consistently shown throughout this process. The frustrating part is my account manager has left the company and it’s my word against his. Secondly I am in a contract with company until 2028! I hate leaving such reviews but this was my experience.

Our original IT company “sold our contract” to Global4 and unfortunately the service has been appalling from the start. Although “support” is meant to be provided at a monthly cost, it is either substandard, delayed or ceased to exists. Recent disputes and trying to get out of the contract has meant a cease on our lease line and as a CARE HOME, this is just absolutely appalling. If you value your communication to your stakeholders, please do not use this company for your IT needs.
