GoogleOverall, the experience with the Estate agent during a recent property transaction did not meet expectations due to issues with communication and case management. The overall attentiveness level was inconsistent. Other local estate agents provided more proactive updates and information throughout the process. A problem arose after completion day concerning the lack of keys. When assistance was requested, the matter was considered outside the agent's responsibility. This lack of support was disappointing. Other agents within the chain provided more comprehensive and timely information. A formal explanation of the agency's policy regarding the key handover process on completion day and an acknowledgment of the communication shortfall would be appreciated. This feedback is intended to help improve the experience for future clients.

GoogleI bought a house through Manning Stainton in Guiseley and had fantastic service the whole way though. Lucy was my main point of contact and kept me up to date every week throughout the whole process. She was always positive and cheerful and proactive! My friend who was buying with a different estate agent was really impressed with my experience and quite envious. When Lucy was away, Pippa and Matthew called me to make sure I was kept up to date: the team clearly work really well together and are so efficient. Thanks to Bill for doing the viewing too… I would definitely highly recommend the team, they were fabulous from start to finish.

GoogleIt is well known that buying a house is up there as one of the three most stressful things you can do in life. Part of the stress is caused by many Estate Agents not seeming to realise that while they are selling a house, we are buying a home. As part of the buying process, it has been a very real pleasure to experience the helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding staff at S & S Yeovil. It was easy to arrange the viewing, which was conducted by Mrs. V. C, who was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. We didn't feel rushed and had time to 'feel the property put it's arms round us'. Other contacts with the Branch have produced the same helpful approach.
