Whilst unfortunately the sale did not proceed we wanted to write a review as felt we were really well supported by the team, in particular Izzy. From our first enquiries about the property, through the processing of offers, as well as her assistance after the sale, Izzy always went above and beyond to help us. We sold my mum's property through MS - not always easy when doing this on someone else's behalf - but MS made the process easy from the start. Initially Kyle hand delivered documents to us so we could take them to mum for signature, then did a whats app call with her for ID purposes. From then on Yvonne was our go to person - she kept in touch regularly keeping us up to date every week. For one reason or another it wasn't an easy process but Yvonne made it as easy as us for possible. I would def recommend her and the whole team

My experience so far is that Manning Stainton Adel has personable and approachable staff with a dedication to guide buyers through the process, research anything about a property I was interested in, answer questions, patiently receive my feedback, propose solutions, and keep in touch regularly to ensure there was no hassle with the whole process. Everything has been handled promptly and in good time, so far. Every staff member in this branch was friendly and open, and there was none of the abruptness you can sometimes find when seeking housing help. General tenacity and willingness to help!

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Matthew talked me through the process and the delivered and even better service. This started when I had to change estate agents due to a poor previous experience. I contacted Manning Stainton and Matthew came out to value my house. He didn’t try to sell or push, simply advise me and my partner about the best way forward and what he would do if it was his house. On this alone I decided that he was the one to choose. From there the process was handled by his team who delivered an outstanding service providing me with an informative weekly update, which included viewers feedback so I could action any small changes to become more desirable. Every time I called there was a knowledgeable and friendly staff member on the phone to provide me with next steps, always proving to have an answer to any of my 1000 silly questions. Izzy and the team have been very good in the marketing of our home. It’s been a long process in what appears to be a difficult market. But the regular updates were useful, frustrating for us and Izzy, but I think the most difficult process is to establish the correct price point. In the end we got there; though we have not completed on the sale as yet. But very happy we kept faith with MS, as we had tried other agents who did not appear to be as proactive as MS!

The guys at Manning Stainton Adel have been so good to us. Our sale and purchase ultimately fell through due to our buyer pulling out, however this is no reflection on the team at all. We met Matthew who was so professional and not pushy for us to sell through this office at all, which was part of the reason we decided to use Manning Stainton. Izzy then handled our sale and was always available, had great communication with us and help out with any issues that came up. Yvonne worked with us to try and complete the sale, and with a tricky buyer, did all that she could to try and ensure things went smoothly. She was a great support to us through a very stressful period. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely be returning to these guys when we come to put our property back on the market in the next few years!

I had an excellent experience with Izzy during my recent house purchase. Even though she was representing the seller, she was incredibly professional and helpful to us as buyers throughout the entire process. She has a very personable approach, always keeping us updated and answering our questions quickly and clearly. She made what can be a stressful process run much more smoothly. I really appreciated her assistance and would highly recommend working with her. Unfortunately, I didn't find other members of staff as professional or knowledgeable, particularly when being shown around houses as potential buyers. I believe is due to stand-ins being used and not providing staff with enough information. I would rate Izzy 5 out of 5, but to accurately reflect Manning Stainton have given a lower rating.
