Evie is patient and caring, and will go above and beyond to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. We've just completed on our purchase through Manning, and I have to say they genuinely impressed us throughout the process. Our viewing was handled by Jenny, who came thoroughly prepared and was able to answer detailed questions on the spot; boiler warranty, window replacements, when the electrics were last done, and roof work. There was one small inaccuracy regarding the attic boarding, though I suspect this was simply a mix-up with another property rather than anything intentional. Once we put in an offer, the team were attentive and proactive at every stage, with very little need for us to chase - which, as anyone who's bought a house knows, is a genuine luxury. When our chain broke down in December it was obviously a frustrating time, but Evie was exceptional. She kept us regularly updated, chased information on our behalf, and handled my disappointment with real patience and professionalism. Once things got moving again, Charlotte took over and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - thorough, helpful, and reassuringly on top of everything right through to completion. A really strong team. Would not hesitate to recommend. They have also put us with Levi Solicitors to work with through the process who were really great and would also reccomend.

I wanted to leave a review for the Branch Manager at Headingley - Amy King. Amy went above and beyond to support myself and my elderly uncle with the sale of his property. This type of personal service is hard to find in this day and age of on-line estate agency services. When you need someone to guide you and be available to support the family with purchase or sale she was fantastic. Can't recommend enough.

Hannah Lund was amazing helping organise everything to do with getting my property ready for market. Photos were great and done timely, and the speed of marketing was excellent. Manning Stainton kept in touch every week and sent really useful reports, Whilst my property did not sell and I had to wirthdraw from the market, I would reccomend Manning Stainton and will highly consider using them in the future.

Decent Estate Agent this one. Took advice well and also leaned back smartly and accurately when needed. Often sellers know best and far too often Estate Agents can communicate with self interest at heart. Thank you to Evie Brugger who has helped sell our apartment STC. Her professionalism throughout has been top notch; with regular updates and helpful sales ideas. I used Manning Stainton in Headingley to purchase a house last year and was very happy with their service. Charlotte Poutney was my agent and she was very helpful and easily contactable throughout the process. My purchase had various complications and delays beyond our control but this was significantly helped by Charlotte being persistent with the problems and regaularly updating me. Hannah Lund and Charlotte Poutney are fantastic, as are the rest of their team at Manning Stainton. Hannah recently handled the sale of my house, and Charlotte took over while the sale was agreed. Hannah was always friendly and efficient, responds quickly to queries, has excellent skills with encouraging buyers, and was always lovely to speak with. I always felt I was in safe hands with Hannah managing my case and that made it much less stressful for me. I felt Hannah's priority was doing what was best for me, from the start right until the chain closed. I have already recommended Hannah to friends who may decide to move. Once the sale was agreed, Charlotte Poutney took over as my Move Manager. Charlotte was brilliant too. She handled difficult negotiations with ease and she was instrumental to holding the chain together. Like Hannah, she helped quickly and professionally with all the queries I had, helped to keep me calm, and handled the challenges that came her way with ease, right up until we had moved into our lovely new home.

I Would like to give a well deserved shout out to Charlotte Poutney from Manning Stainton in Headingley, who managed the sale of my late fathers retirement flat. Both Charlotte and her team displayed a professional and courteous approach throughout the lengthy process and, Charlotte in particular became my main source of updates and information relating to the sale (over and above what was required). My solicitor sadly was uncommunicative and could learn a lot about customer management and satisfaction from Charlotte! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend selling your house with them. We've used Manning Stainton a couple of times now when selling our homes in North Leeds. They would always be our first choice for a reputable, local firm. We dealt with a few different members of the team who each handle different stages. Everyone we spoke to was courteous and efficient. The initial stages of the valuation and securing a buyer were handled by Maisie and Tiyana. The viewings and negotiations were handled very effectively and we had regular updates throughout the process. Once we had a buyer in place, Charlotte Poutney took over to hold our hand through to completion. As we were buying a new build property, the process was quite a long one with some delays. Charlotte was really patient and kept in touch throughout. We always felt like Charlotte was on the case even if things had gone a bit quiet for a few weeks. We never felt the need to do any chasing from our end. In fact there were a few times where Charlotte would chase me to see if I'd had any updates from anyone. On the day of completion, everything was in place by mid morning and we could just get on with the physical move knowing the finances and keys were all sorted.
