Amy, Jenny and Maisie were exceptional and helped our sale go through with a minimum of fuss. They went above and beyond not only for the sale of our property but also to help us solve problems we encountered in the purchase of our future property (from a different estate agent). I don't think our purchase would have completed without their ideas and solutions. I cannot recommend the team enough, they are knowledgable, experienced, courteous and their attention to detail was fantastic.

Great service from day one - Chloe has kept me informed every step of the way, and after only two weeks of viewing, my house has sold for the full asking price - I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Chloe and the team. Thank you, a truly efficient and professional service from start to finish!

We were first time buyers and the seller used Manning Stainton. Jenny was really helpful throughout the process and always kept us updated. We had few updates or a general explanation of the process from our solicitors, so Jenny was happy to fill in the gaps and explain what we should be expecting. Jenny was also great at helping us chase our solicitors towards the end of the process to help push things over the line. Got a nice new home gift box when we moved in which was also lovely. Thank you Jenny!

I bought my property through Manning Stainton (Headingley branch), and the experience was outstanding from day one. The whole team was efficient, professional, and incredibly supportive, but a special mention has to go to Jenny Archer, who went above and beyond at every stage. This was a complex chain, yet Jenny handled everything with such calmness, care, and determination. She kept everyone on track, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about getting the sale through. Her professionalism and warmth made a stressful process so much easier. I’m deeply grateful for all the effort the team put into making things happen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an agency that truly goes the extra mile.

We recently sold our house with Manning Stainton Headingley and would really recommend them. They are very helpful and efficient and worked hard to finalise a sale in a very short time period. We found it very helpful that they are open 7 days a week so there is always someone to speak to (and for potential buyers to contact). We particularly appreciated Amy who has excellent knowledge of the local area and gave us honest and helpful advice, whilst also taking into account our thoughts and preferences. Day-to-day we have been looked after by Olivia who was both kind and professional. She has gone above and beyond to help us to achieve a sale in the time scale we required. We have been really pleased with the excellent service the whole team offers.

As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My offer was accepted on 27th Jan and I completed on 20th March. Communication was brilliant throughout and everyone in the office was so lovely and helpful. They really guided me through the whole process and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!

Great all round! Abi was great at helping progress the purchase. She replied very quickly to emails and calls, and provided great communication between everyone involved in the purchase. As this was my first purchase, everything was new to me, but Abi help me with the things I didn\'t understand so much. I wanted to complete the purchase process pretty swiftly, and probably asked a fair bit from her, but she did brilliantly dealing with my requests whilst also being super friendly and easy to get on with. Even when common issues popped up with the purchase, Abi made resolving them seem super easy and stress free. Overall I was very happy with Abi and Manning Stainton. Would definitely recommend. Very happy with the service, our property sold very quickly. We had regular updates from the agent and constructive advice when viewings tailed off just before Christmas to make sure we took advantage of the usual new year rush. Lots of viewings which were handled sensitively by the agents in view of our house needing some updating. Happy with achieved sold price. Thank you all at Mannings Stainton Headingley, especially Masie and Amy (Source : allAgents)

Amy and Lucy’s hard work and quick thinking meant we were able to view our dream house, list ours within a week and receive 6 asking price and higher offers in three days. Thank you to Stevie for creating the relationship and getting us set up ready to list quickly as we did. The value we received for an affordable fee was phenomenal, Lucy was in touch with the whole chain most days. They managed the stresses along the way with grace and we owe them. Thank you
