Debbie C was brilliant, she kept us informed through lock-down and when the restrictions were lifted she got us to completion within 2 weeks for the agreed price. She made the fee worth every penny. GoogleWe have had many bad experiences with estate agents in the past. However, The team especially Junaid at kings group Tottenham contacted my mother and promised that he would have our house sold in no time and he kept to his word. We had a few obstacles along the way due to COVID but even then they made the process less stressful. Also shout out to Neil the manager who also was great help! Thank you guys! Much appreciated

GoogleA star is not even deserved for the poor quality of the service we received. Saying that these guys are a fraud is probably the best compliment I can spare. I will not write the long and tedious drama we fell into to, but do yourself a favour: avoid this company as the pest/covid, because you will only find troubles!
Dear Client We are sorry that you feel this way following your experience with us. I understand that you were trying to purchase a property and after a survey had taken place you had asked for a reduction in the sales price. Unfortunately the seller wasn’t prepared to lower the price and decided to proceed with a purchaser who was prepared to pay a higher sum for the property. We also understand that the seller was unprepared to re- in burse you for your survey cost. As an agent we work for both clients (vendor and Purchaser) in a transaction equally.
