Couldn’t be any happier with the service of Manning Stainton Garforth. Had a couple of agents round to value my property but when Ben from Manning Staintons arrived, he gave immediate confidence that he could sell my property with possible interested parties already. Sales pitch I thought? No, the next day Ben called me and arranged a viewing. Ben sold my house immediately with no need for it to be advertised and no photos needed and for 100% of the asking price.The transaction and all dealings with Manning Stainton was very smooth and completed within estimated timescales. Can’t recommend Ben and his team highly enough.

Jenny and Amy were brilliant - pro-active without being pushy, helpful, knowledgeable, reassuring and always responsive. GoogleJacky and her team are thoroughly professional but apply the human touch (care) when dealing with both landlords and tenants. I have had dealings with Simply Let for 10 years both tenant find service and full management and have never had a problem. Keep up the good work!!

GoogleAs a Tenant with Simply Let for 7 years now I have been extremely happy with their service. During some personal problems early on in my tenancy Jackie went out of her way to really help. Which she did. All maintenance enquiries dealt with promptly and efficiently and a fabulous team of really helpful, lovely people. Could not praise Simply Let highly enough.

We used Mannings after a friend recommended them.They are a very friendly bunch of people and answered the phone and any queries very promptly.I dealt with Dale at the beginning of the sale process, she is a lovely lady. Then once our house sold I was passed to Joanne. She has been a great help, chasing solicitors for updates, and keeping me informed at least once a week of how the sale was progressing.She is very nice and a pleasure to do business with.I would recommend people to use Mannings in Crossgates.

Manning Stainton agents were always accommodating, kind and respectful. They explained things in more detail when I asked and alway rang back if they said they would. They seemed to chase things up on their own initiative which was great and made the process less stressful for us. I would work with them again in future.
