Catherine from the Moortown branch has been fantastic. Initially things were a little slow due to unforeseen staff circumstances but Catherine took over and within a week or so I was in my new home! Communication with her was great and I’m really thankful to her for helping things go so smoothly. After having some difficult personal circumstances myself, I can finally “breathe” so thank you for that. Enjoy the wine and flowers, you deserve them!

GoogleI bought a house through Manning Stainton in Guiseley and had fantastic service the whole way though. Lucy was my main point of contact and kept me up to date every week throughout the whole process. She was always positive and cheerful and proactive! My friend who was buying with a different estate agent was really impressed with my experience and quite envious. When Lucy was away, Pippa and Matthew called me to make sure I was kept up to date: the team clearly work really well together and are so efficient. Thanks to Bill for doing the viewing too… I would definitely highly recommend the team, they were fabulous from start to finish.

Overall the service provided by Manning Stainton Crossgates branch was average. Sometimes they were slow to react to phone calls/emails. Tyler seemed to be very busy, and we rarely spoke to anyone else. Maybe they have too many houses on their books? Having said this, they sold our house 😀 Special mention must go to Gemma and Rochelle, the Move Managers, who were amazing. Very proactive, friendly, and great at sorting out the problems/stresses associated with buying a house. They are also dealing with our onward purchase, and I've every confidence they'll guide us through to completion asap!

Moving is never easy, Charlotte Murrie from Manning Stainton pudsey helped me navigate the process to make it as easy as possible. Shehandled both my sale and purchase, was very considerate throughout, answering all my questions and providing advice where appropriate. I can’t see myself wanting to move anytime soon, but if I did I’d come back to manning.

As first time buyers navigating the conveyancing process has been a whole new experience and Charlotte was on hand from the get go to break things down for us and help us understand what the next stage in the purchasing process is.
