GoogleCharlotte Murrie has been an absolute star throughout this whole process. As first time buyers navigating the conveyancing process has been a whole new experience and Charlotte was on hand from the get go to break things down for us and help us understand what the next stage in the purchasing process is. The original sale of the property fell through due to the inability of the original buyers solicitors recommended by Manning Stainton being able to do their job properly. The move manager associated with this sale was very supportive and communicated throughout the frustrating process.The second attempt at selling worked out in the end but the move manager was almost silent in the communication through the processDue to the property being empty Manning Stainton didn't take care when showing viewers around the property leaving lights on in the property for over a week and not leaving the property as they found it

I rented a property through Manning Stainton for 2 years and have been thoroughly satisfied with the service I received from start to finish. My property manager Adam was always on hand when needed, great communication style and got any maintenance issues resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

I felt that communication was the biggest problem as we didn't feel we were kept in the loop enough. Returning phone calls or emails even if it was to say no change.

I was very impressed with Manning Stainton from initial valuation through to completion. Special mention to Laura who was friendly and efficient throughout the whole process, she kept us up to date at all stages providing advice and reassurance whenever needed. When I said I didn't want feedback after each viewing (the rooms aren't big enough??) I was listened to and these stopped. The whole selling process took longer than I would have liked, but that wasn't down to the estate agent, it was the buyers solicitor. I do not live in the area so all the viewings were managed very well by the agents and I used solicitors they regularly work with. No complaints, and thanks again to Laura :)

Great friendly staff, however, communication could have been better eg heard nothing unless I chased up, luckily we sold fairly quickly but communication practically stopped once sold sign went up and felt we were pretty much left to sort things ourselves.
