An excellent experience!

Manning Stainton first helped me to buy a property in 2015. Now, they also helped me to sell it. Throughout those processes I was well taken care of. My interests were represented with due dilligence. I was kept updated at every step.Among many people, who I have interacted with for those 8 years, one name stands out: Ms. Lesley Alexander. Thank you, Lesley, for your professionalism and good work you've done for me.

Faultless, professional and friendly from start to finish.

From my initial enquiry all the way through to completion, Priya and Claire navigated me through the minefield of Selling a house. Always keeping me informed, and advised of the best course of action. I would not hesitate to recommend Fine & Country to sell your home.

Great service

Sold our family home through Manning Stainton Pudsey. Debbie Cundill Houghton kept us up to date with the responses on all viewings, and helped us to arrange a viewing of a flat, which we have now bought. Service was excellent at all stages, thanks Debbie.

Disappointed in the lack of communication during the sale process. I feel that I paid a premium cost for the conveyancing introduced through Manning Stainton without getting a premium service. Also way too much of the conveyancing process admin fell to me to handle & the whole process was way too slow imo.

Landlord tenant finding service

The South Leeds Lettings team were responsive to my initial enquiries and completed the property photographs and online adverts for the property within a few days. Evie Longley consistently kept me updated via phone and email throughout the process and right up until the new tenant was moved in and everything was complete. I would use them again for this service.

Fabulous service from start to finish

Fabulous service from start to finish. Communication throughout was great. Elizabeth and Laura are quite clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what they do and they deliver what they promise. I’ve always had a good experience with M.S having sold two properties in quick time. I’d only consider using them in the future.

5* Service

Great service throughout, the contact we had from all those at Manning Stainton Pudsey has been fantastic. Quick to respond & sharing of information regarding our sale & purchase. Amy has been incredibly personable, approachable & supported us through a sale of our loved first time home on to buy our forever family home. Having Amy & the move manager Ann close to the communication within the chain & us has been invaluable. Thank you both 😊

Regular contact …

Living in Scotland the English system of property sale was not without its frustrations. Zaini kept us regularly updated and in contact with the purchaser once the initial sale negotiation had been carried out by Lauren ( the buyer having been identified within a few weeks of tge house going on the market)
